WebWasher is a browser add-on that looks for unwanted advertising banners, animated images, pop-up windows, Java scripts and Applets in Web pages. Black list can be refreshed anytime. It also provides privacy protection: cookie filtering, referrers and Web bugs. Optimizes web pages loading. Can work both as a proxy server in the local network or as a client. WebWasher is free for personal usage or for educational institutions, but others must register for a payment.
