Knockout Spam is a self-learning spam filter for Outlook, that uses highly intelligent Bayesian spam filtering to detect spam automatically and with minimal or no user intervention. The program will start filtering spam immediately after installation. We tested it with 1000 email message and it detected an astonishing 100% of the spam out of the box. As you keep using the program it learns from your good messages and email that you reply to, making sure that email from people that you are in contact with does never get filtered. Knockout Spam creates two new folders, one for spam and one for mail that it is unsure of - you can then review the contents of those folders once in a while and delete the messages at your leisure. The software will not delete any mail behind your back, so it is safe to use, even if you are concerned about spam filtering. If you find a message that was categorized incorrectly, simply drag it to the spam folder, or back to your Inbox, and Knockout Spam will learn from it automatically and adjust the filter logic. Overall, a very effective spam filter, that is easy to use and tightly integrates with Outlook. During our test, it produced the best out-of-the-box filtering result we have seen so far.
